We specialize in the production of complex mechatronic products and systems. Our customers are companies with proprietary products, ranging from startups and growing businesses to major international OEMs. As an industrialization partner and contract manufacturer, we focus on industrialization, assembly, integration and testing. We have state-of-the-art production facilities and possess all requisite competences.
We are active at every stage of the production chain; from prototyping and production engineering to in-house assembly. We set up the (international) supply chain for this, which we also manage for serial production. We make sure that all components and materials are available in the right quantities at the right time and for the right price. Our support also includes extensive aftercare, including service, maintenance and training. If necessary, we will develop specific tooling to streamline production and qualification. For us, operational excellence and quality go hand in hand. We employ the highest standards and have obtained various certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 (overall quality), ISO 13485:2016 (medical products) and ISO 45001:2018 (health and safety).
Demcon production was established by the Demcon group in 2010 with the goal of growing from a multidisciplinary development company into a full-service system supplier. Demcon was born out its founders’ passion for solving challenging technological and social issues. We develop high-quality, innovative, complex systems and products and can also handle their production in house. In doing so, we create value for our customers. In a society faced with numerous major challenges, we execute projects that have a positive impact on people and their environment. Besides technological innovation, we endeavor to stimulate entrepreneurship and investments in talent and education.

We aim to get involved in the development of a new product at an early stage. This allows us to simplify its industrialization and makes it easier to realize stable production. That, in turn, lets our customer expedite their product's market introduction. From initial idea to final product, we go through three phases together with the customer: prototype, preproduction and production.
With our years of experience with production and assembly, we can steer design decisions to achieve a low cost price (design-for-cost) and an efficient assembly process (design-for-assembly). In our protoshop, we realize high-quality prototypes and provide input to developers about ways to optimize a product's design.
During this phase, we handle a product's industrialization, which includes setting up assembly lines, developing special tooling and test procedures and setting up the (international) supply chain. We also draw up and record procedures and instructions for the assembly and qualification of the products.
After completing the preproduction phase, we will begin serial production. We build complex modules, as well as complete systems into which we integrate said modules. In case of serial production, we will continuously strive to further optimize the assembly process and reduce costs. If desired, we can handle the transfer of production to a different location.
Following product delivery, we support customers with various additional services. Among others, these include repairs, maintenance, the delivery of spare parts and - if necessary, the transfer of production. At the customer's request, we can collaborate with our colleagues from the Demcon group on the continued development of the product. We use our in-depth knowledge of the product and the production process to make things easier for our customers at every stage of a product's life cycle.
